All items are handmade with care, so please allow for some processing time before I package up your items and send them out.

In stock products will post out within 1-4 business days. 

Custom phone cases / jewellery can take around 2 weeks 

All items are posted via 2nd Class Royal Mail signed for. Please note due to coronavirus there are delays at present, so please do contact me if there is a delay. 

RETURNS

Customs:

Once your order has been confirmed, I then begin to make your item. However, if you have changed your mind about something, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will see what I can do.

I do not accept cancellations on customs once the order is confirmed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

For all other items, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason,I want to help. Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. They must be returned back to me, unworn & in the same condition and packaging that they were sent in.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Also please remember to retain your proof of postage as there are loads of postal delays at the moment.
